Privacy & Cookie Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Emre Neyse as the data controller. For any questions or requests about this notice, contact emre.nys@gmail.com.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Contact form: full name, email address, phone number, message content and the service packages you select.
• AI assistant: the messages you type and, if you use voice input, the text transcribed from your recording.
• Security data: IP address and browser information used to prevent abuse and spam (bot protection and rate limiting).
• Analytics data (only with your consent): pages visited, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and similar usage data.
• Preference data: your language, theme and cookie choice, stored only in your browser's local storage.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds

• Answering your enquiries and evaluating collaboration requests — necessity for entering into a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
• Answering your questions through the AI assistant — providing the service you request and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, 5/2-f).
• Protecting the site against spam, bots and abuse — legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Analysing site usage to improve the experience — your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). Analytics cookies never run unless you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner.

4. Cookies

The site uses two kinds of storage:

• Essential preferences: your language, theme and cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage. They are required for the site to work and are not sent to a server.
• Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics 4 running through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity. They use cookies to measure visits, understand page interactions and create session recordings and heatmaps. They are enabled only with your explicit consent.

5. Recipients and Transfers Abroad

To provide the service, your data may be shared with the following providers, whose servers may be located outside Turkey. Transfers to analytics services rely on your explicit consent; other transfers rely on the conditions of KVKK Art. 9.

• Google LLC (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) — analytics, only with consent.
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) — analytics, only with consent.
• Groq, Inc. — AI assistant answers, voice-to-text transcription and spam classification of contact messages.
• OpenAI — content moderation of contact messages (when enabled).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) — bot protection.
• Email delivery services (Resend, Web3Forms or FormSubmit) — delivering contact form messages by email.
• The hosting provider — serving the website.

6. Retention

Contact messages are kept in the mailbox for up to 2 years after your request is resolved. AI chats are not stored by the site; they are only passed to the provider to generate an answer. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured with each provider. You are asked for your cookie choice again after 6 months.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
