Project Purpose and Problem

Managing SMS campaign announcements running simultaneously across every province and district in Turkey creates data traffic that is massive and hard to scan. The core problem was operations teams getting lost in endless grid structures and being unable to read regional campaign performance quickly enough to make instant strategic decisions. Our goal was to accelerate management processes by visualizing this dense, abstract data.

Research and Design Strategy

Before starting the design process, I analyzed the current scenarios of operations teams with Microsoft Clarity and GA4 metrics. I identified that teams needed to understand not only the numbers but also the regional distribution of campaigns at the same time. I built my design strategy around creating an instantly readable, interactive dashboard that brings thousands of rows of raw data onto a single screen.

Design Decisions and Solution

Approaching the system with a Design Engineer mindset, I integrated an interactive map of Turkey at the center of the interface. This structure lets users click provinces and districts on the map instead of searching complex tables, reaching regional SMS campaign details, deep analyses, and reports in one click. Comprehensive table views work in sync with the map, creating a seamless UX balance between overview and drill-down detail.

Outcome

Türk Telekom Intellimap was successfully delivered as a user-friendly, strategic corporate web interface that turns abstract province-level data stacks into something tangible on an interactive map and reduces campaign management and reporting to seconds.
