Problem

Most customers book from their phones after scanning the QR code in the shop. A shrunk-down desktop layout wasn't fast or touch-friendly enough for that flow.

Solution & Approach

On mobile the app feels native: a fixed bottom navigation, a highlighted central booking button and large tap-target cards keep the whole flow within thumb reach.
