Taking appointments by phone or walk-in queue kept customers waiting and left the barbers' daily schedule uncertain. Customers couldn't see prices, barbers or current hairstyles in advance.

Solution & Approach

With a "no password, no queue" approach, a premium dark-and-gold interface lets customers scan their QR card to sign in and book within seconds.

• 2026–27 trending hairstyles and an AI feature that tries a style on your own face from a selfie.

Outcome
